ZIRCONIUM PRODUCT

PT Dian Lestari Sejahtera has dedicated numerous time and effort in making the higest quality products to satisfided their customer. With the implementation of the latest known processing system, hence we assure that our zircon sand has the highest purities in terms of zirconium and hafnium oxide. With the support of their sister companies in mining and imported Australian Zircon sand, will assure of a continueity supply of raw zircon sand.

Our grinding fasilities installled at Jakarta plant are capable of producing 450 tons per month of powder zirconium silicate. Utilizing high grade grinding media in the process had assure our product from contamination of metal oxide. We assure our customer of high quality products.

With the support of our highly treined laboratory staff and the fasilities installed, added a full assurance of our end products. Our laboratory fasilities is fully equiped, to name some of the equipment such as XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer), Whiteness tester, Chromameter, Partical size analyser, laser micro size analyser, etc.

ZIRCON SAND

PT Dian Lestari Sejahtera believe that high value and high quality products does not come naturally. Every step of the production is done through tightly controlled and supervised processes. This belief has led to the production of quality goods that has been well accepted by their customers.

The purification facilities, located at the Jakarta plant, consist of state of the art machineries. In these facilities, impurities, such as magnetite, ilmenite, rutile and monazite, are separated; thus ensuring the high standard purity of the Zircon Sand. These installed facilities are capable of producing 10,000 tons of Zircon Sand throughout the year.

ZIRCONIUM SILICATE MICRONIZE

In the production of Micronize Zirconium Silicate of high quality is very much dependent on the basic raw materials used and type of grinding media. Poor quality medias have a high wear rate, thus materials from the grinding media contaminate and lower the quality of the final product. Many companies use low quality grinding media, such as pebbles and/or low-grade alumina grinding media (90%).

PT Dian Lestari Sejahtera, on the other hand, maintained the highest quality product by the use of high-grade alumina grinding media (95%), which has a very low wear rate.
